After a couple days of brainstorming of how our team wants to play the game this year, we have decided to be an offensive robot, but if needed we need to be a defensive robot. Team 501 has also decided that the minibot had a lot of risks to it and were deciding more on not focusing on a minibot, which quickly changed as the build season started. We want our robot to have and arm with a grabber to pick up tubes from off the ground. So far team 501 has built a prototype of the minibot that does work and now are just trying to recreate it with the parts that are ok to use. The last thing our team decided in these first two weeks is that our drive train is going to be tank drive. The stakes are building along the build team, as they already know that the first 2 weeks are gone.
