Hard to believe it is only a month left until all the fun begins with Kick Off!
(1) Projects – There will be no activities this week … watch for an update towards the end of the week. We have a list of things that need to be completed to get us ready to hit the ground running for Build Season, and will be scheduling them in the remaining couple of weeks we have.
(2) All Team Meeting – The December All Team meeting is next Wednesday at Dyn from 7:00 to NLT 9:00.
(3) Raffle Calendar Prizes – Hopefully everyone is collecting their required raffle calendar prizes to turn in at the December All Team meeting. Reference the earlier email for additional information, or contact Tracy (tracy@shine516.net) if you have questions.
(4) STIMS Registration – Hopefully everyone has registered students in FIRST’s STIMS system … this is required to be completed by the December All Team meeting. See THIS LINK
(5) Emergency Medical Forms – Hopefully everyone has turned this in, or will be bringing a completed & signed copy to the December All Team meeting … this is required before students (or mentors) can participate in team activities.
